• Address Proof (Light Bill old as 3 months, Ration Card).
• CAP Round List Printout

• Sports Certificate (Regional/State/National/International)
• J & K Migrant Certificate (if applicable)
• EBC(Economic Backward Class) Certificate (If applicable)
• Caste Certificate (If Applicable) i.e. OBC/SC/ST/NT
• Certificate of for parents/guardians working for Army,Police(if Applicable)
• Certificate of Handicap (physically/psychologically if applicable)
